Drone users in Poland can now access the Polish Air Navigation Agency’s PANSA Drones Help Centre, which provides answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding various stages of planning and implementing drone flights, and also includes instructional videos and necessary forms.
This new tool is available on the PansaUTM website. Users can find information in an extensive database of questions grouped into seven thematic categories:
Additionally, the help centre has videos explaining selected aviation issues and the functionality of the DroneTower application. Users can use specially prepared forms to consult PANSA to obtain permission for an operation in the Special category, obtain technical support, suggest new functionality or report an error in the system, and also ask a question.
PANSA notes that for all matters concerning legal regulations, authorisations, registration or certification, drone operators should contact the Polish Civil Aviation Authority.
The question and answer database will be continuously developed, based on both questions that are asked via the help centre and topics that appear in discussions on the PANSA Drony Facebook group.
