SkeyDrone’s updated whitelisting feature enables known drones to be muted

SkeyDrone has updated the whitelisting feature in the Drone Radar & Monitor in the SkeyDrone Hub. The update is designed to help geozone managers, security teams, law enforcement and drone operators streamline drone monitoring while maintaining compliance with airspace regulations.

The whitelisting feature enables users to mute known drones and aircraft, ensuring they receive only the most relevant alerts.

One-click whitelisting allows users to instantly approve a drone or aircraft directly from the aircraft details screen. Known drones can be managed by serial number upfront in settings to reduce repetitive alerts. Users can also choose how long a drone remains whitelisted: 30 minutes, 1 day, or indefinitely until they decide to remove it.

SkeyDrone notes that whitelisting does not replace required flight authorisations; it simply prevents unnecessary alerts for pre-approved drones.
