JEDA invites feedback from drone stakeholders ahead of EASA forum

The Join European Drone Associations (JEDA) has launched the JEDA 2024 survey, which aims to gather valuable feedback from European drone operators and other stakeholders about their successes, challenges, and expectations.

“We are at a pivotal moment where European authorities and institutions are open to suggestions for refining the initial European regulations to foster the harmonious development of the drone sector,” JEDA said.

The survey consists of 25 questions related to respondent profiles, regulatory challenges, aeronautical information and geographical zones, registration, and exams. At the end of the survey, respondents are invited to share specifics about the industry and the type of operations they are involved in.

Responses can be submitted by September 30, 2024. The feedback collected will help shape discussions at the EASA – European Union Aviation Safety Agency Innovative Air Mobility Implementation Forum in Cologne on October 22 and 23.
